I am a base in my senior cheer squad. We have been runnning a year now and have started to compete at higher levels. We can do basket tosses (normal rides, Pikes, Toe Touches and twists) but i want to get my flyer higher. Do any of you bases know how to get height on a toss? I am quite strong and so is my partner base, our flyer is really good at riding the toss, she is taller than both us bases and is rather heavy. Please help! We want to have really high baskets for our next comp!!!!!!!!!
